Setting up a scene takes less time than ordering your morning coffee, and at the press of a button can perform an entire list of actions simultaneously. For example, a "closing time" scene automatically arms the system, turns off the lights, adjusts the overnight thermostat temp, and locks the doors. Reports are one of the most insightful features of every Astra system. We can provide you with extensive device history, user access, as well as monthly camera health reports, which recap the entire month's video activity/functionality. We can also provide business analytics reports, which can help you track and adjust for wait times, capacity tracking, or even heat maps of your product floor.

ASTRA-Surance.
Like insurance, but for everything Astra related. This is a 100% optional perk for clients, in which adding a monthly "premium" gives your entire system lifetime coverage. By lifetime, we mean lifetime, including when equipment reaches the end of its own technological lifespan (ex: smoke detectors only last for 10 years). With Astra-Surance, you are not responsible for paying for any replacement equipment. The only thing we'd still charge is our standard trip/labor rates, which act as your "deductible". Premiums are calculated based on cost/size of initial system and will be agreed upon prior to installation.
Astra-Surance does not hold Astra Security responsible for replacing equipment damaged by the customer, vandalism, or "acts of God" since home/business insurance handle those claims.
